How to create my affiliate link(s)?
By default, a home page affiliate link (appearing on your dashboard) is given to each approved affiliate. Affiliate can easily generate links to specific pages, such as collection pages and product pages.
How is my commission calculated?
The commission is solely determined by the listing product price (i.e. not MSRP). Returned products, taxes, and shipping fees do not count for the commission. For example, a product priced at $600 is current on sale for $400, then the commission will be $400 x Commission Rate.
How does my application be evaluated?
KOKKO will carefully review each application. KOKKO reserves the right to refuse any site that does not meet our requirements.
How much commission will I earn?
KOKKO currently offers a flat 5% commission rate.
How do I track my commission and/or sales referred by my site?
Our hosted affiliate program provides real-time commission tracking. However, the number of visitors referred is not provided.
How and when do I get paid?
KOKKO issues commission monthly via PayPal only. In order to successfully receive the commission, you will need a PayPal account. You are responsible for any taxes associated with commission fees.
How does cookie work?
KOKKO offers a long 30-day tracking cookie. Cookies days set a time limit on how long the customer has to purchase after clicking on the affiliate link in order for that affiliate to still get the commission. A 30-day tracking cookie means the customer has to make the purchase within 30 days from the day that customer clicked on your affiliate link. Regardless of cookie days, in order for sales to be tracked on your site, the customer must purchase on the same computer and browser that they used to click on your affiliate link. Also, they must not have cleared their cookies.
What products are eligible for commission?
All products, including sales and pre-order items, available for purchase at www.kokko.me are eligible.
