Online Shopping Terms and Conditions

General Product Description

KOKKO takes great care to ensure its advertising is accurate, errors and/or inaccuracies may occur. KOKKO may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.

Pricing

Prices of items on the online stores are not necessarily the same as the items within any “bricks and mortar” KOKKO stores or KOKKO websites. All prices listed on the online stores are subject to confirmation. KOKKO will notify you with a balance payment/refund email within 2 business days upon receiving the order if the confirmed price of an item you have purchased differs from the price listed on the online stores or on your order. If you receive such notification email, the order will be automatically suspended (for two business days) until the completion of the balance payment or agreement to balance refund. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Restrictions on Purchase

KOKKO reserves the right to limit the quantities, of items which you, your family or any group can purchase, to reject, correct, cancel or refuse orders, and to determine accounts in its discretion including, without limitation, if KOKKO believes that customer conduct contravenes applicable law or is harmful to the interests of KOKKO or its representatives, agents, contractors, suppliers or licensees.

KOKKO will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated. However, KOKKO will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, KOKKO will notify you as soon as possible.

All inventory is confirmed upon entering check out. In the event of inventory error, KOKKO will contact you as soon as possible to resolve it by providing with full refund or exchange. Where an item is replenishable and KOKKO expects to receive further shipments, the website will display a ‘Temporarily Out of Stock’ message. For non-replenishable items, the website will display a ‘Sold Out’ message. Sold Out products will be removed for purchase from the website within two weeks of the appearance of the message.

In order to protect you and KOKKO from fraudulent transactions, KOKKO may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform an address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. KOKKO also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this Website to certain addresses. In the event that KOKKO chooses not to ship an order, KOKKO reserves the right to cancel your order and refund in full with or without notice.
